Born September 8th 1918 in Belgrade Father owned significant travel company Mellion a spol., parents and brother did not survive Holocaust Emmigrated to England in 1939, worked as ambulance driver in Warrington during air raids on Britain, married English Lady Joined No.311 squadron RAF (Voluntary Reserve) as office boy, obtained rank of sergeant major Returned to Prague after war, re-established family business Company confiscated, immigrated to England for the second time, taking his family with him
